i feel like they dont even want my business, and why do they put the lady that cant speak English in front ?? the men that work there can speak english very well, so half the time i cant understand the lady

If I could have put less than one star I would have I had to repeat my order 3 times for the woman to get it wrong ultimately. I was on vacation and actually had to get in my vehicle to bring my wrong order back because she refused to deliver what I originally ordered along with arguing with me about my order. Once I arrived I told him I wanted my money back and they said no no we'll make it for you for $4 more. I refused to pay the extra $4 and just wanted my money back to which they said okay we'll make it for you no extra charge. Well I watched her make food for other orders before getting my order correct I lost patience and eventually asked for my money back again to which she said no I make it right now. I had had enough of the BS and just wanted to get back to Disneyland so I screamed give me my effing money back now she didn't like that and pointed to the sign that says we have the right to refuse service. So ultimately I walked out of the restaurant without any food or my money back. The only option I had was calling the cops and when you're on vacation you don't want to deal with police and more of a headache. I normally have a decent amount of patience but after dealing with her screaming at me on the phone having to drive there and then wait 15 more minutes for my correct order and then not get it or my money back I had had it. My suggestion do not ever order anything from there besides the awful service the place itself was nasty and dirty.
