I decided to sell my vehicle as a private seller to get a bit more than a trade in or traditional dealership may offer yet priced it to move quickly. Received a lot of inquiries, one buying service offered the same value as trade in...Car Tracker's Alex (Arquam) reached out, made a reasonable offer, scheduled transaction that I could work with, payment receive timely, scheduled transportation/pickup, and everything went smoothly. I think some potential buyers were disappointed that I sold my vehicle so quickly, but a smooth, easy experience is greatly appreciated over trying to squeeze a few more bucks on the sale. Selling a car is generally a PIA, but things went pretty smoothly with Car Trackers. Listed the car on KBB, got an immediate call from a Mazda of Orange and then Car Trackers. Mazda told me that the KBB number was definitely the lowest they would be able to offer, but that after inspecting it, the number could go up. Did a video inspection with Mazda, then Car Trackers called. Did another video inspection. In the end, Mazda tried to lowball 1000 below what KBB said and what they said would be their lowest offer. Car Trackers came in 1000 over. Quick and painless with Car Trackers. Signed the papers with Car Trackers Saturday, they picked up the car Monday. Mazda of Orange wanted me to come in for an on-site inspection. I'll never deal with the bozos at Mazda again. If you need to sell a car, don't hesitate to call Car Trackers.
