Horrible customer service

If Google allowed me to give a negative "star" rating then by all means I would. I think this shop is trying to hang onto its name from when it was owned by Boyd Coddington. Unfortunately they will try to charge you an arm and a leg for work that they do. Its one thing to be charged for work that is performed but to try and charge work like "inventory parts" "take parts down from pallet" "look through catalog for parts" well that is a completely out of line. Needless to say don't try to address your concerns with the owner Dwayne because he will revert to the only tactic he knows which is to personally threaten you. Sad to see that some people have to run there business this way, especially when dealing with people and a hobby they love such as classic cars and hot rods. I finally got my car back only after I got my attorney and the Bureau of Automotive Repair involved, then the situation was resolved, Dwayne changed his tune and decided to play nice. Unfortunately, once I got my car back I still had to take it to another shop to complete the work that they did complete only to find out they got it %80 done. (Did I happen to mention that the car was taken off property and put into a storage (location unknown) "until this gets resolved" according to Dwayne. All in all I hope they get there act together, since they are new in business, otherwise they may not be around much longer.
