        Do not go here! It only took them about 4 weeks to repair my car (they blamed Covid). Then, when the car was done, they refused to give me my car back! They said the insurance had not paid them. The insurance had not paid them because they had not turned in the correct paperwork!!! Even after I contacted the insurance company and they agreed to send an email that they would pay the full amount, when i picked up the car, they still blamed the Insurance company, which was not true. In addition, they promised to put on a new Honda bumper instead of an OEM part. When I asked them if they had, they said the person who promised this was fired 2 days ago and they would not honor their word. Boss Auto Body kept their word but Kaizen, who now runs this shop, does not. I told them that I will never come back here again. Service: Body & Trim
