Ruslan is very honest. I bought a new faucet and had him install it, but he noticed it had a design flaw, warning me of what to expect over time. He uninstalled it and waited for me to return it and get a different design, and didn't charge me extra for the second install even though it took double the time. Great guy.

Ruslan is a pleasure to work with and does excellent work! He did fantastic plumbing work for us and also built us a new side gate to our 100% preferences and specifications. His prices are great and he is very responsive. Even while he's working he'll keep you posted on progress (if you want him to). I'd give six stars if I could!

Highest recommendation! It can be hard to find a good handyman, and we are so happy we found Ruslan. A licensed plumber, he is professional, efficient, dependable, and does great work. In one day he put in two toilets and a kitchen faucet, installed new shower hardware, and replaced an old leaking pipe. And he charged a VERY reasonable rate for it all. Plus, he's a super-nice guy. (Also, for anyone worried about someone coming into their home right now, he follows all health guidelines- mask, distancing, etc.) We have a lot more work to be done around our house and will definitely be calling on Ruslan again in the future. Ruslan has been helping on many types of projects at our home in Pasadena, since we moved here 5 years ago. There have been at least 10 projects and they have all gone really well. He is outstanding. As a retired engineer, I know technical quality and it's always provided - the big plus is he's a quality guy.
