        I have been to a lot of Panera stores and the service at this location is really horrible. We spent 10 minutes at Kiosk to put in a big order but the system got stuck. The store manager came over and started blaming us not operating the kiosk correctly @?$&! We eventually gave up and had to recite the big order again at counter. The store manager kept his attitude at us during the whole process. No apology offered. Worst customer service Ive ever seen in Panera.

        The food is quite tasty. The menu in my opinion is so difficult to understand and even the cashier could not explain it. Pick 2 menu. Half sandwich, half salad and a fountain drink...20 dollars. Add half order Mac and cheese...30 dollars. Really?
