Aaron of the Vac Dudes is very knowledgeable and professional. He is straightforward with answers to questions and his prices are fair. If another company suggests work to be done that is unnecessary, Aaron will tell you that isn't needed and save you some money. Definitely call Aaron for any vacuum system needs, service, or replacement parts (he can have many common parts/filters shipped directly to you).

Excellent service. Previously purchased a new central vacuum unit. This time purchased a new hose for both carpet and hard surfaces. The hose was installed, demonstrated, and the rack was installed in the closet. Can't beat this company.

Our Brazilian slate floors for the house we bought cover most of the 3,600 sqft, with the rest being in carpet. With two indoor cats, a floor that felt impossible to sweep clean, and white oak wainscoting throughout the whole house, I contacted The Vac Dudes to see if they had a solution to make my day-to-day cleaning life a lot easier. Their owner Aaron responded the same day and was, shockingly, able to have our house measured and spec'd out that week by Ray. We've had a lot of issues with contractors throughout 2020/2021 and working with them was a breath of fresh air. It's always easier to put in a whole house vac for new builds, so I wasn't sure they'd be able to install a system in our 1966 house that had three additions added to it over the years. Ray and I discussed layout of outlets and Aaron walked me through the different units they had that would work for us. Scheduling was a BREEZE and they came out the following week to install the system. That didn't go quite as smoothly and the additions to the house made it virtually impossible for Ray to access some of the wall spaces designated for outlets. But they didn't give up on me. We spent over an hour going over the "next best options" and were able to have it finished the next day. Only one big issue popped up: the outlet in the master bedroom was causing the breaker to flip. Aaron was so professional, took full responsibility, and had Ray back out to take a look and remedy the problem, and then insisted on providing the brush protectors at no charge for the inconvenience (even though I told him not to do it, he did it anyway). Seriously - next level customer service. :-) I love our system. We have the MD Stealth Vacuum Kit. I needed the additional attachments for the copious amounts of wood paneling in the house, and the protectors work really well around the oak wainscoting. When built out our second house we plan to have them involved from the get go.
