After purchasing the groupon we scheduled an appointment for Nov 16 (which was their next available time slot). Today called to see if we could reschedule. Was told by the rude individual that they have shut down that part of the business, they will not perform the cleaning per our booked appointment, and that they would not honor the groupon. The guy said to take up the matter with groupon. Without any further explanation the rude guy just hung up. We are very upset with Professional Playmates. They did not even bother to notify us that the service will not happen, only when we called to reschedule did they tell us they are not going to do the work.
With pathetic customer service like this, no wonder they are going out of business.
