I found Precison Fire Systems on the internet, I called the company, I spoke with Mike McStay, What an awesome guy! My insurance company is requiring that I install a water flow alarm for the sprinkler system. Mike spent on the phone with me, he guided me through my house (over the phone) and had me search for the water system, and told me what a water alarm looked like, I found it! He told me how to test it, I did and it worked. I called my insurance company, they sent an agent out, the agent apologized to me for the oversight. I have never spoken to Mike before this phone call, he spent about 2 hours on the phone with me and solved the problem. I offered to compenstate for his time and he refused payment. I would call Precision Fire Systems back in a heart-beat! I believe the other review is not true, it cannot be true.
Mike was very profession and very knowledgable and very customer oriented. I am in Los Angeles and Mike was willing to drive to my house if need be to help me with this situation. Again, an upstanding guy, an upstanding company. Five stars all the way!
