I called this place to see if Medi Cal would cover what I needed. The lady I spoke with was friendly and told me to go to their shop , so they can verify to see if Medi Cal will cover . I went down , and met Johnny. Johnny is fluent in both Cantonese, and English . He explained the procedures of the purchase , and all the paperwork patiently . He was very professional, took time to explain everything.. Each staff I had encounter was nice.....

I ordered one piece of medical equipment that did not work for me. So I gave them a call to return it. Be careful! They act like they will pick it up free of charge. Then they charge your credit card a ridiculous pick up amount.

Have to agree, the service isnt stellar..but meets bare standards.  Service with no dmile.  Actually when you do walk in, there is a sense of "you are bothering me" from persons sitting at tgd desk.  The information/directions they provide to reorder supplies differs from one staff to another including the owner.   When you enter the small store, the items are stacked as high if not higher than an average height of an adult.  Somewhat of a fire hazard. So..if you need any medical supplies they do appear to have good variety of everything. The prices appear to be priced higher than most stores, but this would be a one shop place for medical supplies.

I  called to get a fax number in the morning and spoke to corina and let her know that I would be faxing the doctors order right away, for my mom that needs a Cervical Spine Collar, I wrote a note on the fax to call me with any updates and I never heard from anyone, so later in the morning I called back to see what the status was and thats when corina told me the fax was "black" and they couldn't do anything and no one bothered to call me to let me know, corina said she's not handling the faxes today, that it was debbie,  but she's on break. I asked to speak to a manager and got transferred to yi and she said she didn't have to tell me  the manager's name, but will call at the end of the day. I went to their location to pick up the fax with my mom's insurance information because i didn't feel comfortable them keeping it since they were making excuses that the fax is black and it's not, they hid the copies from me and would not let me have them, and after waiting and waiting and explaining to 3 people the 4th person said his name is rick, and is the acting manager,  said the managers's not in today, when I told him I do not want to get the collar from here he said he would not return the Medi-care and Med-ical copies and I told him I wanted to make sure they got shredded because that is confidential information and he did not shred it.  They were rude and I don't know why they would not return the insurance information. I would not go there again.
