This place is A MESS. If I can give them a minus star I would.
They dont pay on time or correctly. They barely reply to emails. They are so confused about how to process claims.

I work in medical billing and NMM is the absolute WORST to get information from. Their different IPAs dont talk to each other, so I have to talk to 7 different people if I have 7 different patients. When I call they will only check 3 claims at a time, which would be so bad if it didnt take OVER AN HOUR to get a hold of an actual person. They dont respond to emails, messages on their secure portal, or voicemails. They deny claims for stupid reasons (denying corrected claims as duplicates, or denying claims as outside timely filing limits when we just sent them additional information that they requested). Overall a massive pain in my professional rear end.

The security guards here are rude and disrespectful , one guy tried fighting me , I called the security company owner and he didn’t care
