        I have been a customer at Albany Tires for nearly 11 years. They have always provided excellent service and I trust them to keep my 19 year old Subaru Impreza Outback Wagon going. I love my car and have no intentions of trading it in for anything newer. It's better than the new ones, anyway. When I needed a new tire pronto, they located a gently used one a few blocks away on Gilman and I was able to get it on my car in no time. Tires for my car are a weird size and have to be special ordered. Marquis is always courteous and helpful and so are all the mechanics. I enthusiastically recommend them.

        Albany Automotive is reliable and honest. I have an old car and they treat it and me with respect. Not always the case being female. I have always been charged fairly and they give written recs for needed work.

        Tire Pressure light on in old CRV. I was able to drop in, and they found the issue and fixed it in a few hours. Very pleasant to work with. I always buy tires here, and enjoy the more recent customer service in the last few years. thank you for your friendly service.

        dirty bathroom, tire delivered to auto body shop without hubcap. Last time they put on a tire the hubcap was loose and fell off.

      Albany Automotive & Tire Service was initially just a tire service, but shortly after expanded to provide complete automotive repair services as well. Albany Tire Service first opened for business in 1940. Over the more than 70 years we have been serving the local community, a lot has changed under the hoods of the cars we see. But one thing has remained constant: Our commitment to providing you with honest, high quality auto care services at reasonable prices. With nearly 100 years of combined automotive experience, our staff takes pride in the confidence and trust our customers and friends place in us. We service your vehicle as we would our families' vehicles, and we make recommendations the same way. After all, your satisfaction is our reputation! Ownership of Albany Tire Service has been held with pride between just three owners since 1940. The current owner has worked in the business for over 30 years (owner/operator since 1984), and has over 40 years of automotive experience.
