Nurse Kristina and nurse Araceli and the rest of the doctors here are great! We love Dr Stevens, Dr Sherlene & NP Karen! Sorry but some reviews pertaining to some receptionist, yup those are true.

The new nurse and receptionist is rude. Ive been bringing my son here for 3 years and we have had a good experience here for the most part, never had to wait very long and always treated nicely and they are always patient with us and i leave feeling like they truly care about my sons well being.

I love my daughters Doctor, Dr. Karen Barnes! She's great, empathetic, patient and inquisitive. I try to only make appointments when she is in office.

The administrative staff is very nice, the nurses always take care of the children with a big smile and the Doctors are very professional and kind, especially Dr. Monica Stevens who has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was 6 years so far (16)so grateful to have such a place in Alameda.
