        From the minute I walked I got that comfortable feeling! I've been going to Bright Star for 2 1/2 yrs since I bought my first horse. I was very intimidated to go into any tack store because I was a newbie. They made me feel comfortable right away and always give me great advice. The only store to go to!

        The customer service is outstanding. The quality of their products is good. its a small shop, so some things are limited in selection but they make up for it with their helpfulness; no snobbery at all. they are a bit hard to find and worth the search. My daughter needed some things and they were so careful to make sure we were getting the correct equipment, even down to being familar with her trainer's preferences They also have a selection of used tack and boots, which is great for a beginner. We don't wish to shop anywhere else!
