Currying Flavors

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I got to say their customer service is always great and they keep the place well kept consistently. Prices are reasonable and they serve big portions.

I tried this place a few weeks ago and I love it! I’ve been back several times since. The food is healthy and delicious. I highly recommend this place for lunch.

Good food with a nice variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. This was the second time I've visited, and it will definitely not be the last.

I’m so glad to see a new Indian style restaurant in the Conejo-101 corridor. Currying Favors may be a playful name but their chicken tikka masala is serious. There is no better way to curry the customer’ favor than offering a variety of good choices. Want brown rice or plain basmati rice or veggies? No problem. They even offer steak in addition to white meat chicken, paneer (Indian cheese) and tofu! So I got the chicken tikka masala bowl with half brown rice/half veggies, and roasted mushrooms on top. For my sides: Indian corn chowder and gluten free roti. They nailed the bowl: the tikka masala was creamy, flavorful and just the right kick of spice. The corn chowder was an Indian inspired version of the American classic although I felt it was over salted. The GF roti disappointed because it was basically a gluten free flour tortilla, but the naan was fluffy and fresh. Currying Favors is an excellent addition to that shopping center which already has burgers (Habit), sandwiches and salads (Urbane Cafe), a bakery (Wildflour) and Chinese food(Panda Express). So it makes a great destination when nobody can’t agree on a single option for lunch or dinner. Dog-friendly patio is available; Apple Pay accepted.
