        You have to pay 175 for a consultation. in my opinion, reputable attorneys do not charge for a consultation. you could pay this guy 175 dollars for him to tell you no. stay away especially if your already in a bad situation with a landlord. The only guarantee is your gonna pay 175 and possibly be told they cant or wont help. find an attorney who will give you15 min. i run a business i never charge to to look at a job ever. Who would hire anyone who wants to be paid to look at or hear about a possible job. i decided that if the attorney needs money that bad hes probably not the one for me. Terrible policy.
