"I don't write too many reviews but had to leave one for this Solid Appliance Repair Service. My four-year-old GE washing machine wasn’t spinning properly and I called them. They asked me a few things and helped me troubleshoot the problem on my own over the phone. They could’ve scheduled an appointment to charge $59 but they didn’t. Can’t thank them enough. I recommend anyone who has a broken appliance to reach out to these guys first."

Solid Appliance IS THE BEST!!! I have a very old washing machine that needed to be repaired since I cannot afford a new one and Randy was able to repair the same day!! it was a tough one but he had patience, was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Fernando was sent out to me this afternoon to fix my air ionizer. He did a great job, I thought I had to replace it but thanks to him I was able to keep the same one. Thank you for your fast and honest service.

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and changed out the pulley. He also cleaned the dust and lint in and under the dryer. He was very good and responsive and communicated what he was doing and why. Very friendly service!!!
