A group of us went through the drive through and right from the start we were spoke to over a speaker terribly, we should have just drove off. We ordered food and proceeded to the window to pay and get our food and drinks. The lady working the window was obnoxious and rude, we were told to pull forward and wait for the food even though no other cars were behind us. After about 2 minutes another lady brings the bag out and basically pushes it through the window and just want walks away. West memphis KFC needs to clean house and find customer service.

The food is old and greasy, the entire restaurant is dirty and the kitchen looks like a zoo with the employees shouting and cursing. If you ask an employee to clean a table so you can sit, they tell you to sit somewhere else or they tell you. you can take your order to go
