Avis Rent A Car

I reserved a Corolla or similar vehicle. The clerk said they didn’t have a vehicle clean for me, so if I didn’t have a problem driving a truck I could get it for the same price. The truck wasn’t clean either inside or out. My rental was for three days. I called to extend the rental two days. They said no problem. When I returned the vehicle I was rushing and didn’t fill the tank. They charged me $10.00 per gallon for gas. They also charged me the rate for the truck, although the clerk said she wasn’t since my reservation car wasn’t available. Then even though I called before my rental expired charged lates fees.

They charge a late fee for every day even if you notify them of the change. But the problem is a late fee shouldn’t be added if there were more than enough cars to rent out especially at the airport. No other locations do this unless it was a day where cars were needed which makes sense to me. I’m in the process to get all my late fees back

Very helpful in a stressful situation. PS Google Maps has the wrong address for this location. It’s on Aviation Drive at the Texarkana Airport
