Suddenlink - Closed

Intermittent internet is horrific. I have had several service calls, to no avail. Between 10 AM an 4PM I have to reconnect constantly. Not the Suddenlink I had in Texas!

everything about suddenlink is terrible. you also have no other option in this area bc centurylink is slower. centurylink is best actual option here as far as price and customer service but their internet is so slow you might as well be using the data on your phone. suddenlink is SLIGHTLY faster but also cuts out with nearly every storm. all the infrastructure suddenlink put it in at least a decade old but usually older. there is little to no maintenance as far as i can tell. there is only ONE SINGULAR LINE that brings internet into stuttgart, there is no backup, there is no redundancy. we've had out internet go out COUNTLESS times in the past year or so we've been living here. they truly don't give a sh*t about the customers bc we have no other choice. it's very frustrating paying just as much as i was in fayetteville for internet with a 1/10th of the speed and frequent blackouts. god i hate suddenlink so much. make sure to vote for a mayor who will end the city's contract with them so we can finally be rid of their overpriced, terrible quality internet.
