I emailed a PDF and instructions and requested a sample. The booklet and font size were wrong, the margins didn't match from one page to another, and the pages had been rearranged because the manager thought it "didn't make sense." The paper wasn't even cut straight. He was not able to explain the pricing system, and the price was double our other quote. ADDING THIS EDIT 3 hours after posting it: I sent this company an email stating that I would not be using their services. I just received a reply at 7:30 pm which contained a personal insult/accusation that I had better not to use "his file" to make booklets with a competitor. I replied with the above reasons for selecting another printer and that I had my own file; the one I sent originally.

I'm hoping our experience was an anomaly. It took us forever to get our business cards. Communication was lacking severely in this process.

Never had a problem with them. Fast and friendly service and reasonable prices.
