King Burrito

Love this location! Staff are friendlyand food is delicious, I love getting the Cheesy King Burrito.

I come here like 2-4 times a week in the drive through. Ordered a meal, when I accepted it through the window, i spilled some, all in the bag. No big deal, my fault. Looking in the bag, I found no silverware to eat it, let alone separate it. I called back to ask my options since I was on lunch and dont have time to go back. The lady said i saw you spill it, Im not giving you your money back. I told her I didnt want my money back, I love the food but I didnt know what to do. She asked what do I think she should do? I said I think we both know the answer is I bring this full plate back, uneaten, after Im off, and have the food replaced this time with plastic ware so I could eat. She said she didnt have time for this, I said me neither, Im on my lunch break. She hung up on me. Knowing I was going to be late, I raced back down the restaurant to speak with a manager. I then decided it wasnt worth it, returned the food in the same condition I was forced to leave it in the bag (it was a big mess in the bag, again I spilled it when I accepted it, but without a fork or anything, I had no way to clean up the mess.) I just hope that lady wasnt too busy to clean up the mess that had been in the bag, like she was too busy to help me. Hopefully since she actually has tools to eat, oops I mean clean up, it wont be as big of a problem as it was for me. A little extra goes a long way, especially for someone who eats there multiple times every week. Couldve just agreed with the customer instead of deciding to stand on taco mountain. Girl you should quit if you dont understand what the problem is. And I never even was able to get a managers name from them. What a shame i wont be eating there anymore. A shame for me, not for them; its obvious they dont care.

Food is always on point! Service is great and the store is always clean. I eat here probably too often which means my five stars is from multiple visits. God bless you King Burrito and everyone who makes this food! 10/10 will be back in a few days.
