I had went in to talk with someone about the process of applying for a credit card and Chris helped me. We went into his office and he started taking down my information. Before I knew it, he tells me Monday he should have the application back and we can talk about it then. I didn't know at the time that he was applying me for a credit card, I thought he was just collecting some information from me. I had just waited until Monday for a call during my lunch but didn't get one, I had to call him through the bank. It sounded like he forgot about me when he picked up. He looked me up and it turns out I was denied. I was thinking since I bank through them for years, it would be easy and simple to start a small credit card (or even just talk about it!). I've never had a credit card before. I asked what would be the best thing to do now and all he said was to build credit, that's about it. While I could have asked questions in his office about the process, I thought that I had to do what he wanted me to do first to talk about it. Now, I have a denied credit application against my credit score. After this, I spoke with somes friends about this and the first thing they said was: "Oh yeah, Arvest is very hard to get a credit card from" Overall, I feel hoodwinked and disappointed by this experience with Arvest and Chris. I wouldn't use Arvest for any credit loans/services, I recieved literally no information on credit cards or the services they provide.

I went to go get my new debit card, and one of your employees Ximena attend me . didnt realize the card machine had issues and had my waiting about 25 minutes and wasted my time as a professional representative she should have told me what was going on and not left me there hanging.
