I'm 68 years old, and Joe Horton Jr. (not related to me) Plumbing of Sherwood is the best plumber I have ever had. I enthusiastically give him my highest recommendation. He just finished a complicated and large job for me in one day and charged me $3,000. Another "large" company estimated the work would take 5 days and cost close to $18,000!!! I had a slow leak in the water line in the slab. The first "large" company never found the leak, but said they could fix it by running a new line to the house, jack hammering my front porch, tear up my interior flooring, and put new lines up through walls and the ceiling!! Besides their outlandish fee, I would have had to pay thousands of dollars to a home remodeler to repair all the damage they would have caused. Joe Horton Jr. was able to find the leak, and he fixed it by removing the old copper line and inserting a new line through the sleeve of the old line. There was no damage to my home or porch! My water was off only 6 or so hours and I could not be more pleased. He is honest, cares about doing quality work, and is tireless. Joe is one of the most trustworthy home repair professional that I have ran across. He always tries to give me tips on how to fix my problem before he ever comes out. I don't know of many home repair services that will try to help you fix your repair for free over the phone. Joe is an extremely honest man who has done several repairs on our older home. One of our larger repairs cost us about $500, where as another company gave us a bid for $4,000 for the same job. Yes...what I just wrote is correct!!
