Daughter bought a car from these people, had it and wanted something smaller, so she traded it I at another dealership, she goes and gets the monies owed her for the extended warranty, over a month and no check, I was going to buy from them but I have changed my mind, I told her to get 7 on your side on them, there is no since in this, Ford has sent her a check for overpayment, are they going bankrupt or what?

It's been 3 weeks since the first time my check engine light came on in this 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Service department has been of no help as all appointments are scheduled too far out. Each time the check engine light goes off they say they can't diagnose it. Now here I am stranded and all I get from them is well I don't know what to tell you ma'am I'm the only one here and all our staff has been fired. Do not buy even a coke from them!!

I stopped by the Crain Powersports Kawasaki location looking at a used boat. My initial point of contact Ronald was very friendly and was easy to speak with. Another employee helped get the boat started due to it having three dead batteries. Who sells a boat that wont start? Who leaves boats out in the weather when not in use? Who tries to sell anything with no information or history on said product? Ive heard for 30+ years to never buy anything from anywhere a Crain sign is posted. The general manager the minute I decided to walk away got sarcastic and basically thanked me for wasting my time. Whomever is running your organization should really take a very good look at why you have low reviews and attempt to fix these problems instead of whats been Crains problem for decades and thats bad management and bottom of the barrel mentalitys. Fortunately I took a chance that what Ive heard about Crain had changed but obviously it hasnt. Its a shame a business that sells many different products does such a lackluster job of making a potential customer feel like they dont matter. To bad Rockerfeller Group doesnt own Crain because they run a top shelf classy operation. Good luck Crain.
