        I would never recommend this company! We had it for several years but it the past year no service! I had to drive to Searcy to pick up supply’s and I live in Lonoke! We had a ventilator they never checked it! They never did the paperwork right so insurance stop paying ! They picked up the ventilator today if my son dies they will be sued!

        Was on hold from 4:20pm to 5:00pm just waiting to talk to someone in billing. They close at 5pm and never got to speak with anyone. If you have calls that have been waiting don't pack up and leave at 5.

        Aerocare is the best provider of oxygen equipment That I have ever had and I have had quite a few. Everyone that I have dealt with have all been great. Even had great service on a trip several years ago to South Carolina with an Aerocare there. I highly recommend this company.

        AeroCare has went above and beyond to make sure I had Oxygen to get through the weekend! They are a great company to deal with. Pennie knows almost anything you can ask her about. If she doesn't know she will find out. The people in the office are great to work with also! Thanks again AeroCare!! They're a awesome company to deal with.
