I never have issues during my visits. Usually get me back pretty quickly and the lady in the lab is always so bubbly.
The Nurses here truly care about you and your health and Ive had great experiences every time I go. They see me for annual exams and also during my pregnancies as I home birth and have a midwife.
Never any issues they always keep in in the loop on what I need to know and always provide pamphlets on most topics they discuss with me.

Absolutely RUDE!!! They talk to you like you're stupid because they can't explain anything clearly. I already made eye contact with a lady at the counter when coming in and 2 other ladies got snoody because I didn't go to the other window. Not like it mattered.
She said "or not, I tried." 2nd window from the left was being rude. First window with the old lady was talking to me like I was stupid.
I asked the lady to take off my daughter's yogurt only and she then takes off all our yogurt.
No one bothered to call and tell me the nutritionist wasn't there either, whole reason for the appt.
Just so incompetent.

The nutritionist is amazing and so kind! We love her so much! The ladys at the desk are usually friendly but everyone has frustrating days where you dont want to be at work, but the only bad thing is the wait

These women here are amazing I've been coming here since I was literally a baby!!! Great nurses, they make sure your comfortable and take great care of you. Never have had an issue with the ladies at White County Health Department!!!
