I highly recommend Dr. Molpus! I recently had my wisdom teeth out, and the entire process and recovery went really well! I felt completely at ease and as though we had known each other for years thanks to the entire team! There were no issues, and I didn't need to take the recommended painkillers. They were really friendly and made time to answer my queries when I had them. Dr. Molpus is an expert in his field and performed superbly! I had an amazing experience- I cannot recommend Dr. Molpus and his team enough!

They are THE best!!! From the receptionists, to the nurses and technicians all the way up to Dr Molpus, they make you feel like you are important and listen to you intently! I found out yesterday that Dr Molpus is very diligent in continually staying up to date on the latest advances in oral care. He periodically goes to Rome, Italy, which is the world leader in oral care, to continue his studies and even instructs others to advance their knowledge in the field. His highly advanced and state of the art equipment that he uses in his practice, comes from Rome. This is my third time to use them and from getting my wisdom teeth out years ago up to getting an implant yesterday, I cannot recommend Dr Molpus and his staff enough!

Just got my wisdom teeth taken out at this establishment, they were very amazing. I would a 1000% recommend going there for anything they are so nice and build a great relationship with you so they definitely make you feel like youre at home and make you feel like family.

Can I just say, my experience here was truly a wonderful one. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I was being discharged, every single person I encountered was kind and extremely helpful. After they took out my teeth, I had very little pain and had ZERO complications and I am truly grateful for that. They sent home instructions, ice packs, and a little bag with me and I even had someone to check up on me after my surgery. I would definitely come back if I ever needed any other oral surgery!! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!!

If I could give them a zero I would.. Absolutely worst experience I have ever received from an office.. so unprofessional.. I was LIED to 3 times, the first being when I called to make the appointment. It was just for a consultation so my question in the very beginning was is it free for the consultation bc of course I was not sure if it would be anything affordable for my budget and I did not want to pay to have someone give me a quote on an implant that I may be able to afford but may not be able to afford. The answer the lady I talked to gave me was no mam it’s not free but your insurance will take care of it.. NO they didn’t say you may want to check with insurance.. or even most insurances pay but not all so check.. they actually asked for my dentist office’s number and said they’d get all the information they needed along with my insurance information..they called again right before my app to remind me of my app and tell me they needed any x-rays my dentist had so I made sure to ask before we drove 1hr 20 min away if my insurance would pay and there answer was yes mam your insurance should pay for it all.. So I went and got a cd from my dentist that had all the x-ray pics on it. So we headed to Searcy I don’t remember if it was the very nxt day or a cpl days later but we drove up there and I went up front to check in and they gave me some paper work to fill out and in the middle of filling it out being a bit leery bc of how there paper work read, I walked to the front desk and said mam you did say my insurance pays for the consultation once again yes mam NO. I didn’t get the answer you may should check with your insurance or all insurances are different or it depends on if you are in network with us.. the first I heard about being out of network with them was after I signed the paper work and they had me in the back for the consultation.. they tried to take me straight to get an X-ray but thankfully I spoke up and said I brought my cd that has the x-rays on it, you know the one you ask about over the phone and she said oh I think that will work so shortly after that she came back explaining the procedure and then had the dentist come in an explain the procedure to me. Both leave and shortly after she comes back and gives me an amount for the implant that isn’t aforable and tells me I’m out of network and tries to get me to go on and make an app and I went on and told her me and my husband needed to discuss it before we made a decision but that I could call back if interested.. so we where done and had the info we needed and started to leave and she says bc you are out if network you have to pay 50% of the bill..I was aggravated but didn’t say anything.. me and my husband kinda looked at each other both confused bc he witnessed me walking up there and asking them right before I went back and turned in my paperwork in and asked if it was paid for and the answer was yes mam.. we talked about it when we got in the car both aggravated but lesson learned.. a few wks later received a bill that I owed $40 more.. I planned to call but thought surely they made a mistake especially since I never heard from them again but no, today after several months I received a bill threatening to turn me into a collections service saying this is the last statement you will receive WOW this is only the second bill I’ve received never a phone call nothing but one bill.. I’ve always paid my bills earlier I have a multitude of ppl who could testify for that but this is an amount I should not be paying actually you guys should be refunding me $70 so thank you and i plan on spreading the word of how terrible your office is.
