        I have a home warranty and C&S were contacted to fix my heat last winter. The temperatures were going to be in the 20's at night and they made sure to work with me and the warranty company to get my heat back on as quickly as possible. In May they came out to service my a/c and discovered the fan motor was not working. I also reported this to my home warranty company which has a habit of dragging their feet and they were only going to allow a small amount towards repairing the unit. C&S worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget and got my a/c fixed before it began to get hot. They are very caring about the customer and work hard to find the best solution at an affordable price. I certainly would recommend them if you are looking for a heat and air company. I wish I could say the same about my warranty company, (not to mention names.....Select Home Warranty - I rate them a zero! They are thieves.) Service: AC repair
