        If 0 stars were possible, you would have that. Terrible service. No simply apathy or incompetence, but rather out and out lies told to customers. Agreeing to correct or resolve issues, and then extorting agreements to waive those commitments. Describing the process, transparency, and commitment to customer service as ethically suspect would be putting it lightly. I would highly caution anyone considering doing business with this company to quickly reconsider.
