Outrageous place to work.
-Horrible leads
-HR terminates without hearing your side, and ignores your calls and emails if you want to try and get your job back
-Extremely high favoritism
-Way too much gossip
-People walk off the second you go to help them catch up
-Tons of lazy workers who sit on their phones, take 2-3x more of a break than you, but get onto you for going just 5min over,
-New hire's hardwork is never acknowledged, everyone else gets a free ride basically
Don't understand why or how this entire place runs the way it does. If it weren't for all this, would probably have been the best job

The company is the worst. We traveled 1430 miles to deliver a load. We arrived and there was no one at the door. The door was closed. There is no number to.
contact no one when finally someone left in his car we were able to enter there was no shipping door after 3 hours of calling many people a very rude employee came out discriminating against us for being Hispanic he told us to put the truck at a door and they did not want us lower the load. They made us stay for 4 hours and no one gave a reason for anything. They are racist, if you are Latino they will leave you waiting, don't take charge for this company, you will lose money and time and you will have a bad time.
