I love this bank they are always so very friendly there's never a wait in line there maybe a couple people in there that I'm very very helpful very respectful polite and welcoming

I used them today to wire money for a client who is purchasing a piece of real estate. The staff was very helpful and very friendly when it came to explaining to my client the process and what was specifically being done with this transaction. We typically work with a loan officer from the Clarksville branch, so today was a smooth and pleasant transaction for us and our client.

Posted April 1st 2024 I had a problem and I worked with Jessica Trantham from Arvest mortgage care team. She was outstanding and listened to my concerns. She is trust worthy, honorable and personable. When Jessica says she is going to do something she sticks to her word. She had my problem taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. When she tells you she is going to call you she keeps her word.This is my second mortgage I had with Arvest. I would highly recommend Arvest if you are looking for a mortgage for your home. I have worked with Missy, Sarah and Renee at one of there branches in Russellville Arkansas also. All three of them did an outstanding job for me with my first mortgage and also my second mortgage for my Arkansas home. All four are the best of the best with Arvest Bank. God Bless Mike Streppone
