        If I could give 0 stars I would. THEY ARE ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Bought an air unit from them (also purchased a warranty) and had them install it. Every year the unit goes down. Every year we are out of several hundred dollars for them to come out and do God only knows what, because it continues to go down. Not sure how a company like this stays open and running with the business they "provide" their customers??? After reading other reviews, I see now why they always want their money up front. They know that if they have their customers wait till after and find out that either they don't fix it properly or at all their customers don't pay. That sounds like karma to me. How about they do a better job and give better customer service, then maybe they would get better feedback.
