Master of Disaster Plumbing

We called several plumbing companies and these people right here were the most REASONABLE and did NOT charge for an estimate! We called one other company and got ripped off of a $100 and the idiot didn't do a thing!! Master of Disasters came out, did FREE estimate and found the problem within 30 minutes! Had our problem fixed for $650 verses the $2500 quote we got for the SAME EXACT THING from another plumber! I suggest ANYONE looking for a honest, reputable company, I would HIGHLY recommend these guys right here!!

Masters of Disasters have helped us out on multiple occasions - handling everything from a clog to a new water heater installation to most recently a major leak in the slab foundation. Every time they have shown up as expected, been completely professional and answered any and all questions as well as been super friendly. Their work has been excellent and their prices are as competitive as I've seen, especially considering the quality of their work. I can't thank Naya and Adam enough for giving up their Friday evening to replace our leaking pipe and ensure my family had hot water for the weekend. Highly recommend.

We've been having some major plumping issuses. Our landlord called on Wednesday, they ensured us that they could have someone out there to look at our house Thursday between 3-5. My husband, who had just worked 12 hours the night before, woke up at 2:30 to be ready for them whenever they showed. He rearranged his whole schedule to fit their time and they NEVER showed. We didn't even get a courtesy call saying they wouldn't be coming yesterday. Pretty upset about their service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Twice this company has been scheduled to service my water heater. I arranged for morning appointments both times, rearranged my schedule both days for this to be possible. I never received a phone call letting me know of a late arrival. I called the office and was told each time that I was scheduled for an afternoon time I never agreed to. Horrible scheduling staff. I was relecutant to give the one star.

I called with two blocked tubs, one blocked sink, two leaking toilets and one cold, weak shower. They had it all fixed in less than an hour. They called me in advance to let me know they were on the way, so I didn't have to wait for them. Nice guys, and they answered my 'how to' questions as well. I would recommend.
