Alex Allred and her team are phenomenal. She was with us every step of the way in the purchase of our home and always communicated in a timely, knowledgeable, and friendly fashion. She gave us very personalized service and it always felt like she had our best interests in mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance, etc.

Im not sure where to start, here. We have never had anyone work so hard and take things as personally on our behalf as we experienced with Alex and her team. Initially we were planning on purchasing a house but the opportunity arose to build. Alex was very understanding and made no fuss about us changing our minds at the last minute. When the time came during the building process, we went back to Alex to help us with permanent financing. What a ride we were in for! We went through so many things over the past year working though building our home and Alex and her team were there every step of the way. We dont feel we ever would have gotten to where we are without them. This review does not come close to expressing the overall wonderful experience we had. We can honestly say we made some really good FRIENDS. I doubt many people could say that about their mortgage team. Good people, good customer service. We have been blessed.
