Professionalism and communication seem to be seriously lacking with this company. Originally reached out on a Thursday (June 29th) and couldn't get through, so I left a voicemail and received a follow up call the next day. Told them about wanting quartzite countertops and followed up with the measurements they requested. They got back with a quote on Tuesday which was decent turnaround time and quoted just shy of $4,000 for a mid-grade stone which isn't what we had spoke about so I asked for how much a high-tier stone would be with no response to my message on July 6th or to my follow up message July 21st. I'd recommend searching for a company that has the courtesy to follow up with customers or at least communicate that they're not taking new jobs if that is the case.

We undertook a complete kitchen remodel and replacement of three vanities. We hired Matt to fabricate and install granite on all surfaces. The cabinet contractors and painters led our job to delay over and over again. After being given numerous false starts, when we were finally ready for Matt he made our project a priority and in only a few days he had our kitchen and three baths ready to go for installation. Installation was executed flawlessly with no complaints. He has some really hard working staff that did a very professional job installing. We have no complaints. Matt is extremely professional, communicates professionally, and I believe genuinely wants your project to turn out above your expectations. Matt is your guy for granite!

We used this company for quartz countertops in the kitchen. Matt was very responsive, was considerate of my budget and the turnaround time was quick. Excellent work and I will be using them again.

Matt is the guy you want. That's all that needs to be said. Read on for the rest of the story ... We were beginning a whole-house remodel when I called Matt. I was surprised that he actually called back! He gave me an estimate, sight unseen and from then on, the process and experience were a breeze. I've never had counters put in before and didn't really understand the process. Thankfully, Matt was patient and visited our home on two occasions before the install. He never expressed frustration with my lack of experience and was always professional and courteous. When the final bill came it was within $200 of the estimate he gave on the phone. I can't imagine this being the norm, but it was, at least, this time. You can, if you want, drive all over creation and waste a lot of time with the hopes of saving a few bucks. Don't do it. Hire Matt and purchase the granite from the folks that he suggests. You'll save days and days of frustration. Matt wasn't at our home on the day of the install. He DID, however, come the next day to inspect the work and address any concerns we had. All was well and there were no issues. We installed quartz for our "island" and a granite slab for the remaining counter space. To keep costs reasonable, Matt used the remaining pieces for our three bathroom vanities. One month later, we couldn't be more pleased with the result. When guests come to see the complete project, their jaws drop. One hint, don't skimp on quality lighting OR granite. These two things will make or break your final look. We installed RTA cabinets (ready to assemble). That saved us at least 20k. They came on three pallets and we had to assemble all of them. Matt's expertise in helping us choose the right tops for the cabinets, is what makes the kitchen "sing," if you will. The cabinets are nice and functional but the countertops are the true "bling bling." Thanks Matt! We appreciate you and respect your skills. D and A
