    The hours listed here are not accurate. I have driven by on multiple occasions over the last few months. 90% of the time they are closed!!! Finally I caught them open and went in. First of all the staff never greeted me. I was the only one there. Second the selection was rough, nearly everything was dying or wilted. Finally, I purchased an arrangement from this establishment to surprise my wife. It died in three days. After paying that much I would've expected them to last longer. They do not have the customer first in their business model. They do not have friendly or competent staff. I will not recommend them to anyone even if they were open long enough during a normal business day to commence with business. In short, stay away from here. I've seen better arrangements for less than half the price at Wal-Mart. ***UPDATE*** Yet again, tried to go by the store to meet with the owner at a little after 2 today. Guess what? Store was closed again. Additionally when I try to reply to the email that was sent to me from them to reply to the owner's feedback, the link is broken. Hard to try to verify the purchase is valid when you can't even be at the store to meet and greet with the customers and address their concerns. As previously stated, the hours advertised are not adhered to. The owner clearly does not care about the customer satisfaction or there would not be the constant disregard for the customer's desires or concerns. Take ownership of your site and take ownership of your business. ***UPDATE 2-27*** Went by again just in the hopes of meeting the owner and getting this issue resolved. As usual, there was no one there at around 3pm. I am done trying to work through this with the owner.

    This business is constantly closed. I have stopped by on 3 different occasions to attempt to pick up an arrangement for my daughter and each time it's closed even though the hours listed say it should be open. Today there is at least a paper taped up but it's extremely unprofessional. How can any business expect to operate successfully when they just close up whenever they feel like it? I'll be taking my business elsewhere since Sugar lily is so unreliable.

    My experience working with Sugar Lily was very unprofessional. I was let go without any warning and without any explanation. The owner does not know how to run a business, especially a floral business. Her personal drama was always top priority, not the business. The only floral designer that was employed there is no longer there either and she was also treated very unprofessional. They were only using her for her amazing and unique floral designing abilities. The owner is still continuing to use her ideas and has continued to post pictures on the website as her own work. They are very rude and the environment is completely unsatisfactory to work in. The owners husband is a local law enforcement officer and she uses that as a scare tactic with all of her employees. Out of my 12 years working this is by far the worst business establishment I have ever seen. In response to the owners response: Illegal activity? There was no illegal activity. Hah! The response just goes to show how the owner continues to not take responsibility for her own actions and still continues to demonstrate the unprofessional environment provided. Drama. Plain drama. I have nothing further to say.
