We initially contacted this company following the Oct 21st tornado for damage to some posts and side gates. My husband's family was friends with the previous owner so we thought we were in good hands. The estimate came quickly and we were put on the waiting list. Since it was following that tornado we understood that they were very busy and had many jobs to do. My husband called and was told it would probably be February before the job could be done. No problem. In February we contacted them again and was told with the weather and them still being behind on jobs it was going to be done most likely in March or April. So again we waited for a call or email from them. Nothing came. In April my husband iniated contact AGAIN. This time the excuse was that COVID had made some of the guys have to stay home with their children that were sent home from school. Oh ok, no problem. Since my husband and I are very patient, we waited and waited and tried to be as understanding as possible. After 8 months, we'd had enough of the excuses and the complete lack of communication from the company. At this point, they either forgot about us completely or just didn't care. Poor, poor customer service. When we waited on them very patiently and never caused a fuss. We finally ended up switching to a different local company that came out, estimated and fixed our fence all within a week and a half! During that time, Ozark FINALLY contacted my husband and asked if we still needed to be put on the schedule. Ha! No thank you. Will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone.
