If you buy anything from this store, you do so at your own risk. They do not honor what their employees tell you. Took a dress back to EXCHANGE for the right size. They refused even though on their receipt it says no refunds, but nothing about an exchange for right size. All we wanted was an exchange. Manager would not talk to us. Refused to return call. I have never had a business not honor what their employees tell you. Oh, because the dress was red, they also said it was seasonal. I pointed out numerous outfits in the store that were red. What a joke! If you buy here, you will regret. I will NEVER shop here again!

worst experience ever! Terrible service. Owner and her family are rude and extremely unhelpful. Tried to purchase furniture and after hearing all about their personal lives instead of listening to me the customer they then spent the next 30 minutes telling me what they Will Not do and the the furniture will arrive whenever it gets here and they Will Not check on order and they Will Not do anything but collect the money and I am on my own. After reading all the negative reviews we decided to go to another store in another state and the service was exceptional and furniture arrived fast. When I tried to talk with Stephanie (owner) she told me it was all my fault! They need to learn customer service and stop praising themselves with their lies.

I LOVE this shop! I purchased a complete set of HIGH QUALITY baby's room furniture, all of my bedding fabric, my swivel rocker recliner, & my organic crib mattress here! (I also purchased 2 ADORABLE hair bows!!!) :) The staff was very friendly and not pushy about anything. They were up front regarding their policies and shipping times for all items. They also gave me a nice detailed print out or email for quotes on all items while I considered what I wanted to purchase. Also, as a smart shopper, I compared prices on everything I purchased and was surprised to find that The Baby's Room was VERY competitive on their prices too! I expected that since they were a boutique that they would be overpriced. However, when I shopped around, I found that I was completely wrong! Then, when I decided to have my aunt make the bedding, they again spent time with my aunt and me to help us figure out what fabric to put where and how much I needed to order of each. Thanks to Stephanie, the owner, for the personal attention and assistance! Thank you for a great experience and BEAUTIFUL baby's room. I have attached pictures of the baby's room we created with the beautiful furniture and fabric we purchased from this awesome shop! I love this shop & would recommend this place to anyone! Top notch in quality, design, & service!

My wife and I wanted to purchase baby furniture that was built to last, made with quality material and had modern up to date styles. We were very pleased with the selection at the Baby's Room and their service. We purchased a crib with bed conversions, a dresser, and rocker chair for our new baby on the way. The owner, and everyone else was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. Their products are built to order and takes a few months to arrive. Thankfully we planned ahead and it wasn't a big deal. However all pieces arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. We used their delivery service company who was also very helpful and even put everything together and took away the packaging. If you want quality furniture and not department store junk check them out.
