I’m a regular here for the sliced turkey and brisket. My son also loves it here. Great bbq, sliced and prepped right in front of you. Also really good meal values.

Ordered through uber eats and food took 40 minutes longer than the estimated time, which I understand they were busy or so I thought until a employee informed me that it was company policy to give orders made by third party vendors like ubereats lower priority over the walkin and website orders, but when the food arrived it was all cold and soggy. When I called to complain the woman there took my number and said the manager would call me the following Monday for my refund, which was a call I never received. I called them on Wednesday and was informed by the manager that the woman lied to me and all refunds were done through uber eats. I went to uber for a refund and it was past the window of time to get a refund. I feel scammed and extremely disappointed in a BBQ place I used to love.
