Kevin and Sharon are great!! Highly recommend them as your go to mechanic. Kevin did a complete Engine and transmission install plus numerous other things. They always answered the phone and took the time to explain everything. There were no surprises... Love this place!!

These folks are extremely dishonest and will run you to the poor house if given the chance. They claim to be not-for-profit. I've never heard of a charitable automotive repair shop. They charge for quotes. Even most dealerships don't do this. When we had the work done at a reputable shop after getting an outrageous quote from NWA it cost less than half what NWA quoted us. Much of what they said needed to be replaced was fine and didn't need to be replaced. When I called them about it they were rude, argumentative and foul. Do yourselves and your car/bank accounts a favor and avoid this place like the plague!
