Tech come out on 5-13-21 to work on the neighbor's internet and unplugged mine. I call when I get home from work and was told that they can't do anything about getting a tech out to fix it til 5-19-21. I explain I have a 10th grader that is missing school. I'm told well i can try to expedite the tech to 5-14-21. That's great. Tech doesnt show apparently cancelled the appointment without showing up and cancelled the appointment for the 19th without saying anything to me. I called and talked to a supervisor 5-15-21 and am told that since he cancelled my appointment the next available day isn't til 5-21-21 and that they would credit my bill. There is nothing we can do about re establishing your service til then even tho it was our fault. Soi have a high school child that cant do any of her school work because they wont fix there screw up for 6 business days

Inconsistent pricing won't give us cut rate deals like new customers won't even lower our bill! Can't wait for that fiber to hit my area! I'll pay 100 a month for gig speed and bill won't change!
