        Rudest and most disorganized bunch of state employees I have ever encountered....useless.

        Literally HATE dealing with this office. I had to drive To Pine Bluff from Little Rock (I know it's not a long drive) just for them to tell me about the paperwork I was sent because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Then come to find out I had already done the paperwork. I just called to make sure the reason that my payment was late was due to the holiday and not something else and couldn't even finish my sentences because whoever I spoke to interrupted me every time I spoke. Nobody sounds like they care about their job or the people they are helping. I seriously wish I could give 0 stars.
