This store has some great customer service when I entered the building I was greeted right away everyone was so helpful especially Telisha I believe her name was she was awesome thumbs up to this store!!

I was very pleased with the service Telisha Jones provided me at Rent One. Telisha helped me purchase a new item and also helped me set up my online account. I highly recommend Rent One to all my family and friends.

Do not order from Rent one in Osceola. Since new management, Ive been treated so disrespectful. I think Ive been a pretty faithful customer of 3 years and I was beside myself when the current manager spoke to me so rudely over the phone. I waited almost a year on my order, never complaining, all the while I was paying for something I didnt have and never received. I had to change whole order to a bigger size because it was only thing available. I think my contract is wrong and new manager doesnt want to help me because he says he wasnt there at that time so he knows nothing about it. The only person that works there who knows me and is nice and friendly is the only employee thats been there through all the different management changes. Chris Hood I think is his name. Ill be contacting corporate to try and get some answers about my order and move on from the horrible experience I had at Rent One in Osceola AR.
