        Had a screw in a tire and brought my car in. Had them rotate my tires while it was there. They incorrectly rotated the tires then showed me a screw in a tire claiming there was another. Charged me for both(more than posted price) and rotation. When I got home I realized they had taken advantage of a woman who came in stressed.

        We have been using this tire shop for years now. They have always been helpful and I'm glad I don't have to run 20 min. up the road to get tires somewhere else.Recently, we had a new set of tires put on my husband's Hybrid. We had a few problems in the following weeks with two of the tires. One week it was a back tire and they repaired it that day. The next week we had a problem with a front tire. They found out it was a problem with the stem and took care of it free of charge. It did take time leaving the car the one week (on a Sat. and picking it up Mon.) and then me sitting there for around 30 min. for the other.
