The team at Presidential Conversions in North Little Rock, AR is top notch. Leslie is very personable and welcoming. Dale is very responsive and helpful. And, Terry is by far, the best tech around. I will not bring my vehicles anywhere else for hand control installation and/or modifications.

My mom is 89 years young. She is blessed that she knows how to handle her personal business. However her mobility is hindered because of a job injury she suffered years ago. Therefore she depends on her van and scooter to get around. After a long 4 year fight with workers' comp my mother finally got approval for a new van. This is where we met Mr. Dale Dewar. He is the manager at the North Little Rock Arkansas Presidential Conversion company. We couldn't ask for a better person along with his receptionist, Ashley. It was a wonderful experience We were treated with so much respect. And, Dale didn't stop working with us until he found the right vehicle for my mom. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Dale to someone looking for a great, wonderful, smooth, no pressure, caring, and genuine person to work with. Even after the sale Dale still takes care of his customers. We all also fell in love with his accent 💖 From Naomi and Brenda.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! They have went above and beyond on every conversion I have had. The customer service is incredible and they will go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction! On my wedding day my truck seat malfunctioned ( seat was installed by another company),we were stranded in Little Rock outside of Restaurant in the hot July heat. We had just moved here and decided to Google a place that could possibly help on a weekend. Knowing most businesses were closed we came across Presidential Conversions and gave them a call. To our surprise they were able to send a technician out and got us up and going in no time. Since that day they have installed hand controls on my Jeep Wrangler and Range Rover. They also maintain my Linksys truck seat. I never worry about malfunctions due to their work because I know it was done by the best! Thanks for everything!
