        The worst customer service. After trying for four months to get supplies after being told by Theresa and Trish that I needed a procedure that neither my doctor and insurance company required, I finally canceled the order. Will be contacting BBB and other medical oversight agencies for their input and regarding my treatment. Do not use United Medical.

        Absolutely the BEST! I need equipment fast for my residents that are going home. The staff are wonderful, always nice, will work very hard to get what you need. Never has let me down. Recommend to everyone!!! Thanks guys!

        Garbage company. Overcharge for hundreds of dollars; even after insurance, supplies cost more than buying from Amazon. Been calling billing department for 4 weeks, have not once managed to get through their hold. If I can ever reach someone to update my payment info and clear my last bill, I will be kicking them to the curb.
