        I have diabetes and the nurse practitioner I was seeing with Baptist Health went to work in an ER, so I needed a new PCP. I saw Dr. Grant about a black spot on the tip of my toe and a blister on the bottom that broke open. He said the black spot was a regular bruise due to poor-fitting shoes. He checked my shoes and said I needed a size larger but the width was ok. He also said the blister was healing fine. Just wash it with soap and water and keep it clean. Foot wounds heal slowly with diabetes. I am very pleased with Dr. Grant and am happy he's my doctor.
