Found where the obstruction was in my French drain and had it running clear in less than an hour.

Respectful, prompt, on time, and casual. I dont like that I paid 115 for 20 mins of something of a consultation or evaluation only to tell me what I already told them what my problem was. Their camera was broken (so they couldnt use it) and the drain machine pulled back mud or dirt ( we already knew this though) so to be honest they still dont even know if there was a problem beyond that. Obviously we couldnt have been their target consumer because they just so happen to have a wait list and a short staff for their company. As of right now find another company who does either cheaper or free diagnostics oh and who is gonna be able to do the work if need be. They couldnt help me but I paid for not even the full hour. They maybe a better fit for your situation like I said they were respectful and prompt and ready but that just didnt sit well in my spirit. Its gonna get better though for all of us.
