Surge pricing on the menu?! Cant wait to see yall go bankrupt and crumble. Wendys USE to be great, now with this scandalous move. Hopefully yall get canceled. End of a century, end of an empire. Fall like Rome. Whoever came up with the surge pricing idea needs to be fired and the table of people who agreed to implement this needs to be fired as well.

Ordered #2 combo was told that they didn't have carbonated drinks or any tea sweet or unsweetened only had lemonade,and charged me for combo and separate charge for drink I don't even want that is it won't be eating at Hornlake Wendy's ever

I went to your restaurant on McCain's the service was terrible and employee and manager to busy talking Instead of helping customers. You need to hire better peoples

Over charged! Ordered a biscuit and paid for a complete meal and I didn't get a receipt to prove it!
